Up for sale is my CGEM mount. I bought it back in 2017, after hardly any use from the original owner. I used this mount for 2 years to take photos with my MT-160 scope, and it has been a pretty great performer. An encoder risk cracked, which was promptly replaced with a genuine celestron part. Last year to squeeze more performance out, I Hypertuned the mount with again, a genuine deep space products kit. The mount delivers guiding of under 1 arcsecond , and at 1000mm shows NO streaking whatsoever! I am selling to downsize my setup and take widefield pics. The mount has even won me an award!
The expected rust on some iron parts has appeared after many nights in heavy dew, but the mount is FINE internally, and still performs.
Included is the tripod, and a heavy ~10kg counterweight.
