NGC300 - Finished at last

This galaxy is behind the trees now so that's it for awhile.

Added 2 hours of LUM (and didn't stuff it up).

Stats are 5 hrs RGB, 2hrs Ha, 2hrs O2, 2 hrs Lum

All 5 minute subs.

Great image, do you have an observatory or setup each night? I would never have gone back to a previous image given I need to setup each time, but now with plate solving and other tools I am definitely considering it.

Hi Paul.
Have had the scope set up under the clothes line until yesterday.
It now resides in my new observatory.

Yes plate solving is the way to go.
