Just been reading the postings on the hand-controller upgrade and wondering whether the motor controller firmware on my HEQ5Pro should also be upgraded. How does one know what version of the MC is already installed? I note that vers. 2.04 is current.

Plug in the HC to the mount and power it up...it's under Setup->Version
