Canyoning on Mars

OK, it's nothing like as good as John's image, but a good few details coming from my 200mm scope again. Valles Marineris taking centre stage, and Acidalia Planitia, the north pole and Olympus Mons also in view.

Best 1800 from 13,000 frames, ASI185MC, 200mm f/5 reflector at f/30, processed with FireCapture, PIPP and Registax, and a little adjustment in Photoshop.

Well thats pretty awesome for an 8" scope Andy, Them frame rate & stack percentages are humongous !!
Think this has helped somewhat ? ?

Really impressive images; Incredible detail.

I notice on the pics themselves it says 200mm newtonian @ f/30. Seriously? You have a 6m long telescope there?

Thanks Bob, Russ and Markus. Markus, I secretly have the physique and biceps of Mike Sidonio, helps a lot with the scope, 6m barrel is heavy well, maybe no, it's an f/5 scope with barlows to take it to f/30.
