Mars 15th May

SPX350 F41.3, PGRFlea3, Baader RGB filters.

Seeing was fair and occasionally good but a bit flickery and would not settle. I got a good view of valles marineris with faint cloud over the disc. The best seeing was at 70 deg alt worsening as it got higher.

Regards, John.

Lovely images John, glad to see you made the most of the reasonable seeing down there in Cleveland. I'm in Brisbane in 2 weeks for grandchild's birthday and will miss the best of Mars.lol

The up-side of posting my images at nearly the same time as your superb views... I get to confirm details from the same night! like that the little bluish streak in the northern hemisphere is a cloud, and that the Tharsis volcanoes were genuinely not prominent yesterday.

Thanks for the views again John, they are fantastic
