Rotating focuser suggestions?

I'm missing a feature I had on my last refractor, a rotatable focuser!
Doing visual on an equatorial mount puts the eyepiece in some weird positions!
Is there an adapter that allows for rotating just the section that retains the diagonal?
Fiddling in the dark with 3 screws on my current focuser is a pain!
A Baader Clicklock might help, but expensive, and the diagonal could possibly drop out.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thanks, Chris

Problem solved.

Loosen off the tube rings a fraction and just rotate the whole scope!

Thanks for all the suggestions!
