Last night I captured these two from Nambucca Heads at 3:00 AEDT.
From a garden with lots of trees I could not access the Pole Star, as it was behind a tree and there were a lot in the south, so I had to use a different method for a less accurate polar alignment, so I limited exposure time to one minute per frame. And from the 60 frames I had to discard 14 frames due to motion of the "counterweight" (hanging bag with a log of wood) by the strong wind.
So it is not the best image.
42x1 minute Canon 6D behind ED110 + reducer/flattener, FL=600mm, stacked with DSS (Siril gave poor result) and postprocessed with Photoshop.
