Omega Centauri is always a great object to image , one of my favourite clusters

Thanks Dunk, Martin, Leon, and Andy. I find it interesting that nobody has
had any positive or negative comments to make on the first of these early
digital images that I have posted[M20, about 8 or 9 images down this page.]
There's about another 15 or so that are worth posting, and then its good
night.

Ahhh other than crushed blacks and a little colour sparkle from the DSLR but this is the beginner's forum after all

Hi Dunk,many of my early images were heavily black clipped to try and hide the noise.

Thanks everyone.

Yes Tony, I started afocally in 1951 with an expensive Leica borrowed from my uncle. I was able to get decent results then with a little 60mm refractor
because the universe was smaller then, so my targets were nearer than they are now.
