Eta Carina in SHO

Another milestone! My first full narrowband image. After installing my autofocuser, I've minimised my time outside and decreased the number of mosquito bites by half. That in itself is worth the investment. Just a very rough polar alignment that gave me an RMS of 1" so I was limited to 5min.

This is also the first image I'm happy with coming out of my very expensive (to me ) esprit 100ED.

15x 5 min of each filter (Ha, Oiii, Sii)

Thanks guys, quite proud of this one. Thinking about getting it printed. Anyone have any experience with metal prints from harvey norman?

Yeah really nice looking result Tony, worth printing. I like the fact it looks the way a three channel image should

Thanks Mike, I sent the order in for a 75x100cm metal print from harvey norman (go big or go home right?) it should be ready in two weeks or less. No idea if it'll be decent but its a fun experiment.
