Hamburger from Cambroon Observatory

! snuck in a quick imaging sess last Saturday night before the moon set and we got into chasing some serious deep sky Obs including Hickson 40. Twas a gorgeous night ! Here is The Hamburger . NGC 5128 lays in the Southern Constellation of Centaurus . This image of 118 x 10 sec lights , 4 darks were taken with 19.67min total and the moon at 20% low in the West at Cambroon Observatory Queensland Australia. Question .I understand there is a "photon Capture" standard which incorporates exposure time and the diameter of the objective.I just wonder why it's not used
