So it appears no one could advise me, so I purchased one anyhow. looks like I'll have to do a review sometime soon, purchased via Amazon for $2145Aud including freight/gst, if purchased from US direct including freight would have landed at $2350Aud including GST based on current exchange rate

I have read very mixed reviews on them, but the most common is the NOT apochromatic nature of them - show quite a bit of CA. Better visually with a prism diagonal than mirror as it helps improve the under-correction of this relatively fast doublet.

These are essentially a W.O 110, made by Long Perng.

I actually owned one and I felt it was a great scope, nicely built and felt quality. The focuser was robust and the whole package was quality. I do concur with a bit of violet, but imaging in a light pollution area or with narrow band filters was not an issue when you colour balanced it anyway.
