DSLR Focus

Hi
Have been out of astro photography for a few years now and used to use DSLR focus. Does anyone still use this or are the CCD cameras widely used

Daryl,

Do you mean using a DSLR at “prime focus” ( ie : using the DSLR camera body with a T ring and 2” adapter straight into the telescope focuser )
If thats what you mean then yes , most beginner astrophotographers start off this way and some still use a DSLR and telescope after many years into the hobby , me included

Hope that’s what you meant by DSLR focus ?

Cheers
