Saturn 19/21st good-vgood seeing

SPX350 F34.5, PGRflea3, Baader RGB filters.

Seeing was vgood on 19th with the image just vibrating on screen a lot of the time and this was repeated on 21st which was almost as good.

After finishing with Mars I moved to Saturn and it looked mighty fine. After processing even the blue showed a hint of Encke div.

Saturn on 21st showed detail with Dark Spot in North and light spots near equatorial region.

Pity seeing like this came at the end of planetary season but it is appreciated.

Regards, John.

Great images John. The shadow of the rings on Saturn’s disc and the shadow of Saturn on the rings are very prominent.

Cheers

Dennis
