moonage 5th october 2020

taken early this morning here is a 93.7% moonage. focus not right and the seeing was ordinary. for some reason someone sabotaged my focus motor, oh wait that was me..... have no idea why it wasn't functional, and i don't have long arms so made for precise focus torture

Very nice David, there's nothing like a crisp, clear, well-exposed, nicely processed lunar disc to cheer the spirits.

Cheers

Ok David, how about this, taken with this...

Canon EOS R6 and stacked x2, x2 and x1.4 Extender and 100-400mm at the 400mm end, to give 2240mm at F32.

Cheers

Just mounted on my photo tripod, I had to use a Red Dot Finder in the camera hot shoe to find Jupiter and Saturn.
