Rosette Nebula

Spent some time imaging Rosette for the first time this week. Got two hours onto it on Sunday night then high cloud blew in and that was it - so added another couple of hours on Monday night for four hours total.

Processed it as a HOO style, using an Optolong L-Extreme filter. ASI533MC, Esprit 80, EQ6R.

That's a ripper Craig!

I managed a few hours on it capturing O2.

Nice to see the stars again.

Nice image. It's amazing what you can do with duoband filters in Sydney skies. The HOO processing is a good compromise for OSC cameras.
