No tail, coma elongated to SW.

No tail, coma seems quite diffuse.

Tail extension to the SW, 19’ long approx, coma seems fainter than last observation, tail traced longer.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for taking the time to post these observations.

I must take a look at 22P/ Kopff -- at least for old-times sake. I remember seeing it a couple of apparitions ago (about the time of Hale/Bopp) and it was a nice comet that time round. From the emphemeris, it won't be bright for long but is currently well placed for southern observers.

So 217P/ LINEAR has a tail eh? Must take a look there too!
