March Photo Challenge - Entries (Please Post them here)

The Topic this month, thanks to Allan, is "Water"
In whatever form you like.

Remember...
* This thread is only for posting your entry, together with any comments/explanation/details you'd like to issue concerning your own photo.
[sometimes this may help sway the judges]
* However, comments on other peoples' entries, or any "other" shots of your own you'd like to share, can be posted in the Comments and Rejects Thread -> HERE.
* And, it's only one entry (that's just one image) per person (but you can change it out at any time if you get a better one)
* Importantly, the image must be your "own work" and
* all other normal forum rules, and image size limits, apply.

The image doesn't necessarily have to be taken this month, but in the spirit of the challenge, we encourage you to get out and engage with it.
In this regard, YES, the image may be one that you have previously posted, unless of course it has already been voted a previous photo challenge winner.

The winner of the public vote, which will be run at the end of the month, will get to choose next month's topic and have their photo added to our "Photo Challenge Hall of Fame".

Good Luck!

Champagne Pools of Fraser Island

Great swimming spot known for its pools of bubbling water caused by waves crashing over volcanic rocks. Once the crashing waves settle you’re left with the fizzing foam – hence champagne.”

Soldiers Beach

Soldiers Beach (NSW Central Coast)
taken today (9-3-2020) from the top carpark.

A strong on-shore wind has the surf all blown out, hence the lack of the regulars.

Pouring water into a glass

Here is a 1/2000th sec photo of water being poured into a glass. I took a lot of pics to get just a few in focus.

A Prick Of A Water Balloon

A while ago I had lots of fun doing this shot even though I got drenched so much. So many attempts, I had to time the pricking with clicking the shutter release, there were so many fails but it was a good night's entertainment.
Water photography for me is so fascinating, what a great title, thank you!
