3d Printed Star Tracker

Hi guys,

I've made a post over in the DIY section of the forums regarding a fully 3d printed star tracker.

It's as basic as it can get when it comes to star trackers and I initially started my imaging journey with a homemade version out of MDF.

Thought I'd post a link here so that if any beginners are interested in a cheap option to get into the hobby, this may be an option for them.

From my research most star trackers/ mounts are in the $500 plus range. I'm hoping I can have these made at a significantly cheaper rate.

Anyway, I will keep the DIY forum post updated with test images once the weather clears to give you an idea of the actual performance of this 3d printed version.

I'll lock this thread and ask members to follow the link in the OP so we don't have two threads running.
