This suite is only 5 years old.
The material (bonded leather) has cracked and started to peel away on both as seen in the photos. The cushioning and frame are still in excellent condition.
This suite is suitable for re-upholstering or simply cover with a sheet or blanket.
Available for inspection. Advertised elsewhere so can be removed at any time.
You will need to bring a trailer as they are quite large.
