Deep Sky Stacker problems

So I've collected some subs on the lagoon neb lately,
but when trying to stack them in DSS I get some weiiiird results.....
If anyone knows if i have done something wrong or anything... please tell me :"D

That's very weird. Are you using the latest version? If using raw, did you tried to convert your subs to tiff? Maybe it's a raw conversion issue.

Is this your first time using DSS? Check the file settings section highlighted in blue in your photo. Looking at the histogram its pretty clear that registration has not taken place. What sort of files does your camera produce? DSS supports most common file types without conversion.

Im using a Canon 750D, it produces CR2 images but I converted them to TIFF files in photoshop. This isn't my first time using it but is the first time on this computer so that could be an issue.

A file with the CR2 file extension is a Canon Raw Version 2 Image file.

From what i know about Canons that is a RAW file that can be stacked in DSS without conversion before hand. I have run thousands of Canon RAW files through DSS without dramas.
Try a few file, without converting them in Photoshop, and see how you go. I doubt the computer is the problem.

Photoshop is fine for editing the final stacked file.

I tried stacking the image in GPJ and it worked!
