Solar Activity 30 April 2021

AR 2821 just disappearing at the western edge soon to be followed by AR2818 and AR2820
Some interesting "sparkles" in and around this area in CaK.
The surrounding faculae is prominent around the spots as well as the Wilson Effect as they reach the limb.
On the south east side the line of filaments continue.
Couple of faint proms, but not imaged....
Enjoy.
I also include a full disk Ha with and without flats - see if you can tell the difference

Another great set of images Ken. The exiting AR's in Ca K look superb. Your final whole disc shots in Ha say it all. Congratulations well done.

Marty's psuedo flat applied

Marty applies his pseudo flats to "tune" the residual gradients.
Trying to follow his example, but not getting there (yet!)
Does make an improvement.....
