DSLR Focus will it work with Cannon 1000D

I think the title speaks for itself just wondering before i buy if it works with my Cannon(1000D)?

Simple answer is no, as far as I am aware it is no longer supported by the software developer. There are much better alternatives available now eg Canon's own software, ImagesPlus Camera Control and numerous other, some free.

Don't wast your money, it worked well up the 350D, basically nothing after that.

unfortunately DSLR focus never worked particularly well on my 300D either( as John can testify!)

but the packaged Canon software is all you need anyway-just get a bhatinov mask as a focusing aid

APT...work like a treat with 1000D/450D...newer cameras.

Fully works as freeware...or $12.7 euro to get some small advantages like personalise download location etc. Personally I liked it so much I paid.

APT is really good for me as well, I have some more tests to do soon. At this stage i will also consider paying for it as well.
