Colourful meteor from Sydney

As stated by the title, I saw a very bright and colourful meteor in Sydney at 8:46 on the night of the 29th. It started in the east as a bright white ball about 2/3 the moons size and slightly brighter and it travelled barely below the moon before disappearing suddenly in Virgo, leaving a bright white trail which persisted for about 2 seconds. Even more remarkably, it flashed between red, blue and green as it went past the moon.
Did anyone else see it?

Wow. I have been wanting to see something like that since I have been doing astrophotography. Sounds like it was a beauty.

Greg.
