I often browse around for great links to interesting scientific pages (mainly animated) as I am a visual type learner, be they flash animations or others. Sites which are nice to look at and educational too, or just plain wonderful.
I even enjoyed trying the algebra and calculus exercises (haven't been near the subjects since 1988)...I'll keep watching the tutorials and exercising the grey cell.
I've been learning from Khan Academy for several years now. It's fantastic. I've been refreshing myself on some mathematics (was always my favourite and best subject in school) and learning some stuff I never studied in school. Its a fantastic educational resource to the world and well worth donating to support their efforts. Its not only good for students but for anyone of any education level to further their knowledge in a free and easy system. Has features parents can use to track and reward their children in doing extra study.
