I have had these Telrad finders for years. They were both modified with a kit I obtained years ago. The main purpose of the kits was to prevent leaving the Telrad turned on in the excitement of getting your target centered on the chip. The two AA batteries last for years with this mod. Both have new Alkaline batteries fitted and work fine.
