QHY8L CCD Camera

Hi all and welcome to 2016.
I recently purchased a QHY8L CCD camera so I can finally get into some CCD imaging. Until now I've been using a DSLR with pretty good results so I wanted to take the next step and this camera seemed good value for money.
Anyway since doing some homework and asking questions I've learnt the QHY8-pro is argon filled to help prevent condensation build up inside the camera chamber.
Does anybody know if it's possible to fill my model camera with argon or if it's been done before and if so where I can find the information.
Regards

Steve

The 8L that I have said it is just filled with dry air and there's a supplied silica gel cartridge you can attach if the chip gets frost on it.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for the reply. Mine has the cartridge as well and I have silica gel on order but I know the pro is argon filled which does away with mucking around with the gel and is probably more effective I should imagine.
