PRICE DROP: 8" f/5 Newtonian OTA (Sydney)

Am scaling back my gear and since I've just sold my mount this scope has to go.

This Saxon branded scope is made by Synta and is the same as Skywatcher apart from the colour scheme. It was bought new and has only been used at Astrofest 2016. Since then it has been stored indoors. Condition is mint apart from a few minor marks on the mirror that are unavoidable.

Included are:

- 200mm f/5 OTA
- dual speed focuser
- tube rings & 30cm dovetail bar (Vixen/Synta fit)
- 9x50 straight through finderscope
- Bintel 35mm mm extension tube (2" fitting) that is required for visual use

Asking $275 or nearest offer. Will consider trading for a lightweight alt az mount such as a GSO/Bintel Skyview.

Pickup from Ryde in Sydney.

Enquiries by PM.

Price reduced. Open to offers or trades as I need to move it on and free up some space.

When you say "a few minor marks on the mirror" do you mean dirt or something else?

Some light dust and one or two small dew spots.
