Had some clear skies for a while yesterday so took advantage of the opportunity to take some images of our Sun and the active areas, sunspots that are almost rotating out of view now and a small prom.
As usual, daytime seeing was unsteady.

Often overlooked, our everpresent Sun is always awesome viewed at such magnification- great shots.
I’ve had some good and bad experiences photographing the sun/ cooking my camera once and finderscope - but most memorably was the long gone transit of Venus.
It takes a brave astrophotographer to do such successfully- good work
