Here’s my eye piece and accessories collection built up over 4 years and used in my 12” Goto dob for visual and Powermates used for planetary imaging in my 6” and 8” newts

Televue only

Delos 4.5mm
Delos 6mm
Delos 10mm
Delos 17.3mm

Panoptic 24mm
Panoptic 27mm

Ethos SX 4.7mm
Ethos 8mm
Ethos 13mm
Ethos 21mm ( the hand grenade )

Apollo 11mm commemorative

Paracorr type 2 coma corrector

2 x Powermate
2.5 x Powermate
4 x Powermate
5 x Powermate
All Powermate T ring adapters for planetary imaging

Orion 2” variable moon filter
Bintel 1.25mm moon filter
Astronomik 2” UHC filter
Bintel #80A planet filter
Other planetary filters

As I both image and observe, imaging recently has taken precedence over observing on good nights due to buying a new ZWOASI2600MC OSC camera
On some occasions I have my 8” imaging rig running in the backyard and I observe with the 12” Goto dob in the front car Bay Area near the garage
I enjoy both parts of the hobby

Cheers

As happiness has been defined by some observers as a new eyepiece in the mail - well - who wants to place a limit on happiness?

I have no idea how many eyepieces I own.
Cheers,
Renato

The RKE28mm is the ' Porthole ' Version ...the eyepiece 'disappears ' as you look into it because of the field stop....it's like being outside the eyepiece ...!!

The TAK Erfle doesn't perform that magic ... gives nice warm views at smaller fov.

What .. no Parks Gold Series .. I purchased a Parks GS-5 7.5mm because you were raving about them.. Ok .. in reality I purchased it because it was cheap and I remembered you raving about it.

Oh ... and I have all the Tak LE series, a XW7 and couple TMB Monocentrics and a couple ZAO's.

And from a similar thread ... I have four scopes to use the in. A TEC 160FL, APOMAX 130mm, AP130GTX and a Orion UK 10" f4.8 Newtonian.

Sorry Pat , unfortunately the hand grenade is not for sale
Just waiting on Orion to get up higher towards the summer so I can use the 21mm. It’s an eye opener with that 100deg AFOV. You really don’t get a sense of how Huge Orion’s nebulosity fans out into the cosmos until you view it through this eye piece in a medium to big dob , simply spectacular !!

Yes, I know you 21E owners get quite attached, to put it mildly. Orion with the 31T5 in my 20" dob is nice, I just need to try the slightly more contrasty field. I may have to wait until Chris (OneCosmos) gets his SDM....
