Using a mirrorless camera for astrophotography

Hey yall. Anyone have any experience with using a mirrorless camera for ap? Is it viable? I got a canon m10, it uses a ef m mount. Is there an adapter i can get for this or will i have to get an adapter from efm to ef?

You could do either, but here is a Canon EF-M to 1.25inch adapter for mirrorless.
