As I am moving away from imaging, I need to let go of my near new TS-71SDQ.
The TS71SDQ is a Quadrauplet Flatfield APO (f6,3) and provides a large corrected image field for astrophotography. The apochromat is an interesting alternative to the Takahashi FS-60 or to the Pentax 75 SDHF. The telescope is made to high quality standards and optimally suited for mobile astrophotography. Due to the retractable dew shield, the TS-Optics 71SDQ becomes an ideal travel telescope with less than 500 mm length with retracted dew shield. The image on the axis and in the field is perfect and designed for full-frame size sensors. The excellent correction of the chromatic aberration allows a usable magnification rage of 10x to 200x even for visual observing. Optics are pristine.
As being sold here I am including the TS-Optics Adapter from M63x1 male to M48x0.75 male, to allow direct attaachment of M48 camera adaptors. This is an $81 extra at time of purchase.

I purchased this scope from Teleskop-Express in March of this year. The intention was to get back to imaging after my heart attack last year, and it has been used with my Nikon D5300.
You can see an example of the photos and field coverage produced by this scope here:

I have the original shipping box and can ship to any address in Australia.
The current price of this wonderful little scope is 718 Euro (with the adaptor) (or $1164 AUD), without shipping and inbound charges like GST. So a new scope would cost a local buyer about $1280 AUD delivered.
I am asking $800 for my six month old, lightly used TS71SDQ.
It can be picked up locally (Lake Macquarie, or central coast meet up) , or shipped to any address in Australia (at buyers additional cost). Given the light weight and the small box I can't see shipping would exceed more than $30 to most places via road transport. Payment terms would be COD on pickup, or Direct Deposit for buyers requiring shipping.
If your interested in this scope please PM me here on IIS. Thanks for looking.
