Nova Reticuli 2020

This is the bright nova discovered by Rob McNaught a few days ago. I took another low-res optical spectrum last night, 21 July 2020. Very broad emissions. It was still very faintly visible naked-eye to me last night in pretty good skies but at fairly low altitude. Averted vision helped. Still brighter than mag 6, but only just!

Cheers -
