Rise set times are borked...

Well, IIS knows my long and lat but the rise/set times are hopelessly wrong.

I mean, nowhere on the planet can the sun rise at 19:40 and set at 09:45.
Likewise moonrise/set are all very wrong.

It would make more sense if the rise/set times were swapped but even then they're wrong.

It looks like somehow your time zone has changed from GMT+11 to GMT+1. Makes perfect sense when you add on 10 hours.
