New lens for Astrofest

Thought that I would try my new Olympus OM-D camera out at astrofest and have the right telephoto for some of the shots I wanted but did not have the right wideangle lens. Although the 12mm MFT I have is almost there I trolled the internet and and found the Samyang 7.5 mm MFT a perfect fit for what I needed. Its field of view is 180 degrees on the diagonal but not a fisheye that gives very sharp images without vignetting or CA.
I did a trial shot from my balacony and was impressed with the field of view but not the clouds around Brisbane at the moment. Hope they go away before Astrofest. The image is straight from the camera without any fiddling. This thread shows what these lenses are capable of http://www.mu-43.com/f80/samyang-7-5...-thread-16458/

Grady, you're always welcome in the Pleasure Dome but remember the extras cost a little more this year.
Give you a demo of its attributes.

If the clouds don't nick off, we'll all be looking for some indoor entertainment.
