Andromeda

Got my new TS 80mm Triplet APO out to a dark site on the weekend for its first real run. Pretty happy with it. There's a little tilt in the system resulting in out of round stars in the corners but there's no room for a tilt adjuster on this system while running a dslr, probably won't need one when I get an ASI1600 because the centre area of the field is pretty well corrected and the sensor is much smaller than a full frame DSLR. It was pretty low on the horizon but I managed to get 2.8 hours on it.

33 x 300sec @1600iso
100 x Bias

Never thought I'd say that but even for me it looks like it has a tad of a greenish cast. The details are outstanding though. Bit of colour balance and you can frame it in the poolroom. Well done.

Fixed I couldn't see it when I finished it late last night, but now you mention it, it is clearly green.

Did you upload at the same address?

Did a quick color balance in PS. That's more what I had in mind but you can probably do a better job on the original file.
