Tan14 shipping?

Hi all,
I'm sure quite a few of you have purchased bits and pieces from tan14.com, so I'm curious to know how long it should take for a package to arrive, in particular to Perth.
My order tracking number tells me that my parcel left Hong Kong on the 11th, but that's where it finishes. Putting the number into Auspost's tracking comes up with nothing as well. I've emailed them but haven't been getting any responses...
How long before I should start getting worried?

I'd be interested to know what's going on there too. I ordered something from him two months ago and haven't had a response to any emails, and certainly haven't received anything. When was the last time you were in contact with him? I've bought a few things from him in the past with no problem, but he seems to have disappeared??!

The website was updated yesterday and mentions "*** Holiday . . . . . 23 Jul ~ 30 Jul"

That might have something to do with it but if you are waiting a couple of months then I don't know.

I got an email back from him yesterday.

The reducer I bought from him took 2 weeks to turn up. The postage marks confirmed he sent it when he said he had.

I find everyone in HK slow to answer email - William Ng is no different (Hi William )

Chris, If your parcel left HK on the 11th of this month it's not time to
worry yet. I generally find that goods from HK take 15-20 days. My last
two items from U.K. and Switzerland took 18 and 20 respectively.

Hmm that's a bit concerning, Andrew. If you payed with Paypal I'd be looking to get my money back. My last email was from Peter on the 17th.

I've only ordered things from him that were in stock. Shipping time was usually around 2 weeks, sometimes a bit longer. The items always arrived in good condition

I found his e-mail response times alright - 1-2 days, usually - and no problems with getting a quote for price+shipping.
