Just asking for some advice if their is a better tutorial on how to add NB to a RGB in pixinsight. The shapley 1 was one of my first hardest objects to try out.

I uses these to follow http://www.lightvortexastronomy.com/tutorials.html.

Does this show the best way or are their other ways to combine a good looking natural object when doing a LRGB with HA and OIII?

Well done, good definition and colour. It's a really lovely PN, when I get the new scope sorted I'll image it again early next year.

That's an excellent image Ben. Do you have any plans on getting a larger RC? Or are you content with what you have?

Hi kevin

I'm planning on building a backyard obs by the end of the year. It will house a nice GSO 16" RC with a KAF 16803 chip. Ontop of a Mesu 200 mount.

Ben

Sure wish I could get that colour and clarity of detail in my version!

Nice! Can't wait to see what you come out with then considering you make the most of small equipment.

That's very nice, Ben. There are a lot of different ways to combine NB and RGB and I tend to just play around to find the best one for each particular data set. Don't know of any particularly good tutorials, unfortunately.
