PNV in Ophiuchus needs spectrum, PNV J17144255-2943481

A new possible nova in Ophiuchus has been reported on 11.7 Apr 2014 UT and there have been a few confirmations. No spectrum yet as far as I can see. Discovery mag 10.7 U, possibly rising.
