Sun on 25th Feb

25th Feb. A few small features on the Sun today. A bit of cloud didn't help but I managed this single exposure shot of the western limb. A light prominence and two small active regions (numbered). Taken thru a Lunt 100 Ha scope with a canon 550d camera. Thanks for viewing.

You did well to capture the ribbon extension of that prom. It definitely wasn’t very bright.

Well John, I agree with Peter, it's great to see some fresh solar images, in particular that great prominence. Good stuff. Thanks for posting.
