Night Mode on Ipad or Mac

Hi guys,

I am wondering how to put night mode onto my ipad or mac. Trying to do it but cant do it. I would preferably do it on my ipad. If you do not know what i mean it is when it makes the screen sorta red coloured so that it doesn't affect the eyes when im outside in the dark.

I believe all decent astro apps have a night view function. On the Mac you can use rgGamma to turn the whole desktop dark and red. An older (free) version is here, the current version is called "Gamma Adjust" and can be bought from the Mac app store. I use the older version, it works really well.

Cheers
Steffen.

Well i want to use it for that BAM600 Southern Skies PDF. So when im outside i can just go through it. Plus the laptop i have is a school laptop so im limited with the things i can do as some things are blocked. I can't download anything from app store or anything. Thats why i prefer it on the ipad.
