Not as impressive as all of the other pictures here but pretty amazing for a mobile phone only using its inbuilt software and astrophotography mode. Photo takes approx 4 minutes to take.

i assume it must do. once its mounted to a fixed tripod and its dark it comes up as astrophotography mode. Then when you hit the shutter button it has a timer countdown of between 2 and 4 minutes depending how dark it is. you watch the picture as it gets better and better over that time so the software must compensate for star trails.
I'll get an adaptor to mount on my 5" goto today and see if it works with that.
Good on you Pauly, using a smartphone to take images of the Moon, Jupiter & Saturn is what sparked my interest in this hobby. There's plenty of adapters available starting at $20. One of these will take you to the next level.
