Looks very nice David – Merry Xmas!

This looks like it produces rectangular images on APS-C sized cameras rather than the full 360 degrees?

Cheers

Dennis

Hi David,

Looks a great buy.

I've had a look around the DWI website and they seem to have some great prices. Canon 5DII for around $2600. Have you bought from them before? I presume, though I'm not sure, that their prices include Australian GST.

Cheers
Neale.

Hi Neale,

Just be aware that in their Terms and Conditions they state that:

Quote:
The price for the goods quoted on the website shall be exclusive of all costs of carriage and insurance and applicable import Tax/GST and duty which the buyer shall pay in addition for further information regarding this please see the Australian Customs Web Site.
You may be charged an import duty on top of GST by the ATO, so you need to work out if the final cost of grey importing is actually cheaper than buying locally.

I think Houghy is safe because his item is less than $1000 AU.

If you're after a 5D II check out D-D Photographics.
I was thinking of upgrading the old 5D to the new 5DII but I just bought a 7D from a friend, who works at another camera store, for a bargain price so the 5DII will have to wait.

They are currently listing the 5D II's for $ 3225 full price plus delivery.

Its a special effects lens? With curvature? Think I need to get a good WAngle for my new Nikon D90 first - any suggestions?

You'll love the fish Dave, I've got a 15mm Canon for my 5D, amazing lens. Make sure to keep your fingers out of the way.
