I haven't seen Black Mirror yet. Currently watching teen wolf and re-watching The X files, so will have to wait to sate my curiosity.

Each episode is a separate, standalone story. There are some recurring symbols etc, but no need to watch the whole series from beginning to end. The episode we're talking about is called "Metalhead".
