Good to see that no more of those monoliths have fallen over since the last time I photographed them.

Lovely images, both of them.

I'm building up the courage to post my mug.

Yes, couldn't wipe the smile off my face for days, even with cloud cover!

Wouldn't go anywhere without it I have an Astrozap shroud coming for it in the next week or so, so that will give the secondary some more protection

Yes Jen! Have seen yours, they're absolutely wonderful scopes.

Can't wait for all of this cloud to go away, so I can finally get some good observing nights in!

Oh yes its an awsome scope im having the best time with mine after two weeks straight of being out with my scope, i never thought i would say this but i was so excited for a cloudy night so i could catch up on some much needed sleep being out all night with new scope and still getting up at 7:30am to go to work does not mix LOL
Enjoy

Doesn't go down too well does it, the lack of sleep.

I've been rather lucky in that regard, whenever I've taken it out it's got cloudy after a few hours and have had to have an early night...

What I would give for a nice all night viewing session

Hi Shell, I love the fun of the first pic and that second one is just gorgeous, and that beautiful scenery in the background is stunning. That knitted thingy on your head suits you so well. Thanks for sharing.

Evan, thanks for sharing your pic with us. It's nice to put a face to the posts. Very nice scope!

From the expression on both your faces it looks like you both have just found the smudge mark on the lens that you have been looking for !!!!
Great second shot as well!
