Hi All,

A belated first light effort with my new PGR Grasshopper3 with the Sony IMX 252 sensor. This was really just a test to see what plate scale a 2.5x PM would produce with the smaller pixel size of this sensor in my particular imaging system. It worked out at F11.

Since this effort I have changed the imaging train, adapting it with a 3x Seibert modular barlow and a home made bush to get to F 15.5 but have since had mainly horrific seeing.

Have attached an animation from the first light morning at F11 which features the GRS and a shadow transit of Io.

Regards
Trevor

Nice one Trevor glad you worked it out. My 252 arrives today, therefore with 3 of these in use the seeing can only get worse!
Cheers, Phil
