2 x TV's to choose

Morning guys,

Not sure if anyone will see this in time as I'm going to buy them later today.

Been out of scopes for a few years so my memory is a bit rusty.

Buying a 10" Dob from bintel for my 8 year old. Now of course I'll probably end up using it more than he does so i'm looking at buying 2 x very good eyepieces for it.

Was thinking of getting the 7mm Nagler VI and the 35mm Panoptic.

Does this sound like a decent pairing, or any other advice?

cheers

Gav

35pan is a bit of a hand grenade -but the nagler around this range are expensive

is it the f6? 7 should be great for planets -could also look at the 7 delite, or if your see'ing can be only so-so 8delos

Just another option mate. 32mm televue plossl, 13mm Nagler T6 and TV2x barlow. This would give a mid power option as well At f5 would give 39x, 78x, 96x and 192x . Would cost slightly less. Cheers Richard

after that ended up with the 7mm and 17mm naglers. They are both stunning but the 17mm in particular is amazing.

Good choice! You know though the Tele Vue 31mm T5 Nagler is just begging to be paired up with the 17mm. You may also get either an 11 or 13 T6 or 12 T4. All quality and all spectacular!

Enjoy your eyepieces!
