diagnosing elongated stars

Just looking for some help to track down the cause of star elongation. I'm seeing what I assume is tilt in some test images tonight. Stars across the field are elongated in the same direction. I rotated the camera 90 degrees and the elongation also rotated 90 degrees. I assume that points to tilt in the camera? Does that sound right?

That's how I'd interpret it, Peter.
