72mm to 48mm adapter

I'm after a 72mm to 48mm adapter so that I can install an OAG on my Tak TSA120. I can get one made up by Precise Parts in the US but I would like to try and track down a local supplier first. Claudio from AEC in Adelaide does not have one in the Tak catalogue.

Does anyone know of any suppliers that can supply a 72mm to 48mm adapter?

Thanks in advance.

Another way to go would be to get an order from Teleskop Service for a M72 to M68, good to have for any future step downs. You can then get a M68 to M48.

Thanks Colin, worth looking at as I already have an M68-M48 from a Moonlite focuser.

Edit:
Teleskop Service actually have what I am looking for. The M72 male to M48 male.

Very true. Hunting down these pesky little adapters can take some time
