Eclipse orchestrator

I have downloaded this program to 3 laptops, and tried on all of them for it to recognize my camera Canon EOS 6D and a 60D. one has Windows 10, one has Windows Vista.
everytime i get the error that I need to plug in my camera with USB/firewire....
and I am!...the computer sees the camera just fine...

what am I doing wrong that the program doesn't see the camera????
there are no help/support...anything, anywhere, that I can find, or call....
any ideas appreciated....

Hi

As a just in case, have you tested plugging the camera into each USB port?

I use BYEOS, and have one port that it cannot find the camera in. I suspect due to an internal hub.

very frustrating ...not sure why Orchestrator doesn't see any camera...about to give up...I have tried different computers, etc. The USB cable i was starting to suspect...but the computer sees the camera, other programs see it ok as well.
