Updates to Astronomical Spectroscopy website

Finally found/ made the time to bring the website reasonably up to date.
Still a long way to go.....
I'd appreciate feedback/ comment.

The website looks good and I like the how to for BASS - very useful!

Perhaps you could include an example of a spectra on the home page, as well as what information about stars can be deduced from spectral analysis (dot points)?
